Fashion Design offers an insiders’ view of fashion production & merchandising. Students are taught to conceptualize and create their own fashion masterpieces, learning everything from designing their own patterns to creating project runway designs. The content includes, but is not limited to, the following aspects of the fashion technology and design services industry: planning, management, finance, technical and production skills, underlying principles of technology, labor issues, community issues, and health, safety, and environmental issues.
