Application submission deadline for students currently enrolled in a St. Johns County public school: January 31, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.

| Nov. 1- Dec. 13 | Middle School Blitz held at each Middle School |
| December 13 | High School Showcase Event 3:30 – 7:00 p.m. (World Golf Village Convention Center, 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092) |
| January 4 | Online Application OPENS 8:00 a.m. for newly applying 5th, 8th and 9th grade students. |
| January 16-25 | Academy Nights (see schedule below) |
January 24 January 27 | St. Johns County Center for the Arts AUDITIONS at St. Augustine High School. Murray Middle School Arts auditions will be held at Murray Middle School and please bring your printed audition form. |
| January 31 | Registration Deadline – Online – Registration will be closed at 5:00 p.m. |
| February 6 | Last day for late applications |
| July 1 | All out of zone placement decisions will be finalized |
High School Showcase
All parents and students are invited to attend the annual High School Showcase on Wednesday, December 13, 2024. This year’s event will be held at World Golf Village Convention Center, 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092 from 3:30 – 7:00 p.m. Learn about the high school Programs of Interest and meet representatives from each high school.
Academy Nights
Each high school will host an informational 2024 Academy Night. All parents with a student interested in attending one of the academies should make plans to attend these events. Each Academy Night will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Any SJCSD resident who is moving a student from home school, virtual school or private school may apply for an academy by pre-registering for school online at the SJCSD website and selecting to also apply for a Program of Interest. All pre-registrations need to be completed online by the end of the school day January 31, 2024.
