Twenty Toros in the Academy of Innovation in the Built Environment had their first field trip experience of the ’21-’22 school year on Monday as they took a trip to Owen Electric. Students were able to learn about the pre-fabrication process, internship opportunities, and the crucial role that Building Information Modeling (BIM) plays in the planning process. Participating students even got to take home their very own safety gear including a hard hat!
