The Nease Hospitality Academy took an exciting and educational field trip to Texas Roadhouse, where students got a behind-the-scenes look at how a successful restaurant operates. During the visit, students learned about key hospitality concepts such as product mix, scheduling, and customer service, gaining firsthand insight into how each element contributes to a positive guest experience. The Texas Roadhouse St Augustine team shared valuable tips on teamwork and maintaining high service standards, allowing students to connect classroom learning to real-world practice. The highlight of the day was getting to roll up their sleeves to make the restaurant’s famous rolls and, of course, enjoy a delicious lunch together!
