TCHS Robotics Club takes the field…robot playing field that is. Teams Los Toros Locos and Robotoro both won two of their five matches in the NE Florida First Tech Challenge Robotics Event.
Thanks to generous donations from parents, the community, Faver Gray, Home Harbor Financial, Pragm4tic, Availity, and the award of the INK Grant sponsored by Community First CARES Foundation the Robotics Club at TCHS was able to step up their game with competition level robots. Mr. Brux, Academy of Leadership in Emerging Technologies teacher, has been hosting over 30 students twice weekly while they learn how to build, code, and operate robots.
Toros next take the field on December 11th, with the hopes of bringing home even more match wins!
