Nease High School’s Communications Academy TV Production students got an inside look at PGA Tour’s 165,000-square-foot media facility…home to the largest golf footage library in the world and the center for all PGA TOUR Media operations, including live production for PGA TOUR LIVE, PGA TOUR Champions and Korn Ferry Tour, as well as the social media, digital operations and international media. Students were invited to tour by a Nease alumnus and member of the Communications Academy Advisory Board, Chris Sinclair. Chris, a Senior Producer for Streaming Content, organized tours of the building for our students, who got to see their brand-new production facility, including multiple studios, a massive control room, audio booths, and more. The students watched as the production team was working through a live broadcast of a tournament, got to speak with professionals including additional Nease grads, and got a first-hand look at the professional world of sports media and broadcast production.
