Over the summer, Ms. Jones’ Health Academy students were able to travel to Costa Rica for a medical outreach adventure. Students were able to tour local medical clinics, pharmacias, medicinal gardens, emergency medical facilities, and learn about the government’s healthcare system in Costa Rica. They also spent an afternoon teaching CPR to local residents of the Sarapiqui community.
