Academy of Aquaculture students dove into Florida’s fishing regulations during a Fish ID Challenge at the first Fishing 101 Club meeting. They identified fish species, located them in the regulations manual, and determined size and bag limits like true pros. Their efforts earned them a spot in a raffle where they reeled in prizes like artificial bait, tackle, t-shirts, and hats! 🎣🧢🎁
But the fun doesn’t stop there! The Fishing Club is casting off every Tuesday afternoon for the next five weeks, diving into hands-on lessons in:

🌊 Saltwater & freshwater baits
🕸️ Nets & traps
🏹 Casting techniques
🐟 And a grand finale: open fishing in our school pond!
