Nease’s Electrathon Team, sponsored by Stellar Academy of Engineering instructor Mr. Beale, participated in its first race of the year over the weekend at FSCJ’s Cecil campus. The electric vehicle, which is engineered, built, and driven by our students, raced other cars from programs both near and far. Nease’s car came in 2nd place in its class, and 4th overall, completing 35 laps. A great start to the season! The team’s next race will be on April 5th, at FSCJ’s campus in downtown Jacksonville.
