Engineering & Cybersecurity Girls teamed up to attend the Women Leaders in STEM conference on March 5, 2019 in celebration of International Women’s week. The event was hosted by the Center for Advancement of Women in Engineering and the UNF College of Computer, Engineering and Construction. The academy girls attended a Q & A Panel, sessions on how to tailor their engineering career paths, and got the chance to tour the UNF Engineering Building. The perk of the event was keynote speaker, Emily Calandrelli, who is an author, an Aerospace Engineer, and an Emmy nominated host and executive producer. Girls in STEM Rock!
