In January, Nease’s Stellar Academy of Engineering Civil Engineering and Architecture students traveled to the Museum of Science and History to explore their visiting exhibit, “Ancient Rome: Epic Innovators and Engineers.” Students were able to view and get hands-on with artifacts of ancient technology, reconstructed using designs dating back from the height of the Roman Empire. They learned about how Rome conquered much of the ancient world through military ingenuity, oversaw feats of construction, and pioneered technological innovations that still impact our lives today.
