Students in the Academy of Innovation in the Built Environment got busy swinging hammers this week. Students practiced safely sinking nails and pulling them back out while trying not to bend the nail.
On the same day, students in the academy had the opportunity to attend an enrichment session during Toro Time. Students heard from the Training and Safety Coordinator at ICG Builds about safety on the jobsite and how important it is not to overlook the basics.
