Congratulations to Griffin King and Aubrey Miller of the Academy of Engineering and Environmental Sciences at Creekside High School. Their StoryMap presentation on the St. John’s River won the Florida Geographic Alliance competition in June, 2017. They will move on to compete in the nationwide competition in July. Our business partner, Rocky Agbunag, with the St. Johns County Public Works Department, and Ali Pressel, Environmental Science teacher, will represent them at the ESRI GIS User conference in California in July while also sharing information about our Academy’s initiatives.
