Application submission deadline for students currently enrolled in a St. Johns County public school: January 25, 2027, by 5:00 p.m.

| Nov. 2- Dec. 9 | Career Specialists visit Middle Schools for High School Connect. |
| December 9 | High School Showcase Event 3:30 – 7:00 p.m. (World Golf Village Convention Center, 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092) |
| January 5 | Online Application OPENS 8:00 a.m. for newly applying 5th, 8th and 9th grade students. |
| January 7-20 | Academy Nights (see schedule below) |
January 20 January TBD | St. Johns County Center for the Arts AUDITIONS at St. Augustine High School. Murray Middle School Arts auditions will be held at Murray Middle School and please bring your printed audition form. **Check school websites for audition sign-up directions. |
| January 25 | Registration Deadline – Online – Registration will be closed at 5:00 p.m. |
| February TBD | Students log into Home Access Center to review Lottery Results. |
| July 1 | All out of zone placement decisions will be finalized. |
High School Showcase
All parents and students are invited to attend the annual High School Showcase on Wednesday, December 9, 2026. This year’s event will be held at World Golf Village Convention Center, 500 S Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092 from 3:30 – 7:00 p.m. Learn about the high school Programs of Interest and meet representatives from each high school.
Academy Nights
Each high school will host an informational 2026 Academy Night. All parents with a student interested in attending one of the academies should make plans to attend these events. Each Academy Night will begin promptly at the time listed.
